At Pair Up BD, we value your trust and want to ensure a safe and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Unboxing Video Requirement
After receiving your parcel from the delivery person, you must record a full and uncut unboxing video from the beginning. This helps us verify any issues.
- If your product is damaged, broken, or defective, you will be eligible for a replacement or refund according to our rules.
- Please note: Items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind after purchase.
The applicable Terms & Conditions will always be displayed on each product page under the Return Policy tab.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item
- The delivered product is damaged or physically broken.
- The delivered product does not match the one you ordered.
Reasons Not Considered Valid
- You no longer need the product.
- You changed your mind after placing the order.
- The outer packaging is not intact (but the product inside is fine).
Terms & Conditions for Returning a Product
To qualify for a return or refund:
- The product must be new, unopened, and intact.
- All accessories, original packaging, and user manuals must be included.
- The item must be returned in its original manufacturer’s packaging/box and must not be modified in any way.
Issuance of Refunds
- If your return request is approved, you can either choose a replacement or a refund.
- Once we receive the returned item and it passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- In rare cases, the refund process may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or courier delays.
