In Pair Up, the products you receive are packed in hygienic plastic containers. Here’s what you need to know about our containers:

1. "All Pair Up products come in safe, hygienic containers with names, quantity & dates written – so you can shop worry-free!"
   
2. "We use free plastic containers for Pair Up. Want pump or spray bottles (10–30ml)? Just add 10 BDT extra & let us know while ordering."
   
3. "Your safety matters! Every Pair Up container is clean, labeled, and chosen based on the product’s texture for easy use."
   
4. "No hidden charges! Normal containers are free with Pair Up – only pump/spray bottles (10–30ml) cost an extra 10 BDT."
   

If you want to use a product until the expiry date mentioned on the original packaging, then the Main Container is the best option for you.

A Main Container looks exactly like the original full-size packaging, but it comes with a specific smaller quantity inside.

Main Container Charge – Only 10 BDT (Please note: Main Containers are not always available. If available, we will definitely provide them).

Why the Charge? – We don’t profit from this small fee. The reason is simple:

• Products in a Normal Container usually last 3–5 months after opening.
  
• Products in a Main Container can last up to 12 months (after opening date).
  
  That’s why Normal Containers are free, but Main Containers have a small 10 BDT charge.
